Meal Payments

Payments are not immediately available on the student’s cafeteria account. Payments made prior to 9:30 PM will be available the following day. Payments made after 9:30 p.m. are available to the student by breakfast after two days (ex: payment made Wednesday at 10:00 p.m. will be available for breakfast on Friday). Balances may not reflect all the current day's withdrawal activity.

The names of any students you have made a payment before should be displayed below, and you can enter the amount of cash to add to the account for as many students as you like and click "Add To Cart."

If this is your first time to make a payment for a student, you must enter the student's last name and student ID (6 digits without the leading 0) under "Add a Student." The screen will refresh and you will see the student's name and you can enter the amount of cash to add to the account.

Add money to your student's meal account and/or view balance. Receive low balance emails for student's account after creating a Revtrak account and review previous credit card payments made under My Account. 

NOTE: There is a $1.95 service fee per transaction. To avoid multiple transaction fees you can place payments for more than one student into your shopping cart at one time and then check out once.
